Steph Brett is a singer/songwriter from Tasmania who has played around Melbourne for 10 years. She has played guitar and sung in bands Sugar Fed Leopards, Empat Lima, Richie 1250 and the Brides of Christ and the Rebelles. Her new solo material has lots of country fingerpicking and some pseudo bossa nova tunes. The Compass gigs will be a mixture of new songs and old fashioned favourites with special attention to songs of food, wine and Italians.
