Singer-Songwriter, Guitarist, Backing Vocalist, Music Therapist Kristy McCracken is one of Vancouver’s most promising vocal talents. She is a WCMA 2016 'Urban Artist of the Year' nominee for her debut solo album titled 'Let Go & Grow'. The album is produced by Patrick Watson Quine of Watson Unlimited Music, and features a song co-written and produced by 3-time Grammy award winner Chin Injeti. 

She is also a member in Vancouver based bands Maiwah and Buckman Coe, and has performed alongside legends such as Jim Byrnes, Ken Boothe, Leroy "Heptones" Sibbles, Barrington Levy, Lee "Scratch" Perry, and Toots and the Maytals. Other internationally acclaimed artists Kristie has performed with include Shaggy, Easy Star All Stars, Kae Sun, Taj Weekes and Adowa, and Steele.

Kristie is currently crafting her next full length album. She aims to raise awareness to the human potential for positive environmental and humanitarian change. Her newly released single titled "Love is the Answer" was inspired by her work in Music Therapy with refugee families from the Middle East. It's tasty neo-soul groove invites listeners to open their hearts and lead with compassion and kindness. Kristie's new album is sure to make an impression.
