Nick Murray

Nick Murray is a folk-blues musician from Sydney. He’s been a headline act as part of the RAW Sydney event “Grandeur” at Manning Bar in 2015, performed in the 'Feeling the Street' competition, as well as at well-known Sydney venues Brighton Up Bar, The Soda Factory, The Gasoline Pony, LazyBones and The Brass Monkey.  He has been a mainstay in the Sydney busking scene, regularly performing at Hyde Park and surrounding areas. His striking appearance and rapport with the audience make for a memorable musical experience. He has been interviewed and played live on ‘Blues Radio’ on Northside Radio Station, Alive 90.5 and Tribes of Sydney on 2RRR. Following on from a 2015 demo release, Nick Murrayteamed up with local Sydney producer, Michael Wheatley (Nut ‘n’ Butter Studios) to release his debut EP, “Blue Fruits”. “Blue Fruits”, mastered by Grammy award winner William Bowden (King Willy Records), has received favourable reviews in national music publications and enjoyed widespread airplay.
