Experimenting with the synthesis of various styles including, Indian, Classical and Spiritual Jazz, Mopoke bring together the sonic and rhythmic differences and similarities of these traditions through improvisation. Mopoke's music revolves around an intuitive sense and feel of movement, sound, and stillness. Their "Philos-o-freq" takes listeners on an improvised and surreal dreamscape.

Firetails music spans from 70s jazz fusion, South Indian carnatic music and Melbourne share house filth. With members from The Barons of Tang, 8 Foot Felix, The seven Ups and the Hot Potato Band joining forces to create colliding compositions.
