Annwen Roberts is an improvising violinist drawing influence from the jazz or BAM (Black American music) tradition, as well as her roots in Tasmanian folk. The quartet plays hers and her ensemble members’ compositions as well as jazz standards, with a high energy, interactive approach to improvised music.
